Assessment

Below is the Svensk Idrott assessment that we use...

Baddaren Grön

Dipping - The learner should dip the chin and one ear under the water. This is repeated five times for each side.
Bubble - The learner must inhale, hold their breath and blow out into the water surface with their chin in the water, or blow a ping pong ball into the water surface. Repeat five times.

Baddaren Blå

Dipping - The learner should dip their head underwater five times.
Bubble - The learner should inhale, hold their breath and exhale underwater. Repeat five times.

Glide - In the water for five seconds with outstretched and straight arms, the face should be below the water surface.. Hand rest with plate may be used. Repeat five times.

Baddaren Gul

Jump- The learner must jump in from the edge or bridge in deep water five times.
Bubble -The learner should inhale, hold their breath and exhale underwater. Repeat five times in deep water.
Glide - In the water for five seconds with outstretched and straight arms, the face should be below the water surface. Shooting must be done and the test must be performed where the learner does not bottom out. Hand rest with plate may be used. Repeated five times

Float - In shallow water, the learner should float for five seconds in the supine position, then make a rotation from the supine position to the supine position without touching the bottom.

Swim - Swim five meters of your choice in shallow water.

Pingvinen Silver

Swimming - 10 meters optional swimming mode due to water.
Float - 10 seconds in shallow water.
Jump - From the edge or jetty in shallow water.

Dipping - In shallow water, pick up objects from the bottom with both hands.

Pingvinen Guld

Swimming - 10 meters optional swimming method in supine position in deep water.
Swim - 10 meters in supine position in deep water.
Float - 10 seconds in deep water.
Jump - From the edge or bridge in deep water.

Silverfisken

Swimming - 25 meters optional swimming in shallow water.
Jump - From the edge or jetty in shallow water.

Guldfisken

Swimming - 25 meters optional swimming in deep water.
Dive - From the edge or jetty in deep water

Swimming
- 100 m optional swimming in deep water.

Hajen Silver

Swimming - 100 meters optional swimming mode of which 25 m in supine position in deep water.
Swim - 12.5 m in supine position, make a rotation from supine position to supine position without touching the bottom and swim 12.5 m in supine position.

Swimming - 200 m optional swimming mode of which 50 m in supine position in deep water.
Jump - Or dive from 1 m.
Lifesaving - Be able to help a person in need with an extended arm. Knowledge of points 1 - 3 in Bath and Boat Laundry.
Float with clothes - flow 1 minute or 10 m. Upholstery: long-sleeved top and long trousers.
Swim - 12.5 m in supine position, make a rotation to supine position without touching the bottom, swim 12.5 m in supine position.​.
